It is important to keep your software up to date. If updated versions of a piece of software are available then you should probably upgrade. Most of the time, these updates fix bugs or add new features. Some of these bugs could comprimise your computer by allowing viruses or other malware to get in.

Troubleshooting software can be difficult sometimes. The root causes of strange errors that crash your applications or your operating system can often be difficult to pin-point. We can determine what the causes are and recommend a solution or workaround to the problem. Sometimes the problems can be the result of hardware and we can determine if this is the case.
